Mr. Thomas Ayisah, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Agazy Homes, has been honoured with two prestigious awards at the seventh edition of the Forty Under 40 Awards, held at the De Icon Events Centre in East Legon, Accra.

Mr. Ayisah was recognized as the Overall Personality of the Year, receiving the Ultimate First Among Equals Award. He also secured the title of Real Estate Developer of the Year, outshining many competitors in this category.

Ayisah’s passion for job creation, supporting families, and providing affordable housing has led him to develop five-bedroom luxury homes in Airport West (Dzorwulu).
